Phyllis Elaine Seymour Jones (née Roach)

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Phyllis Elaine Seymour Jones (née Roach), who died peacefully on September 18, 2025, at the age of 93. Born to the late John and Gladestine Roach, Phyllis was a devoted mother to Sandra Seymour, Angela Whiting (Cedric), Shaun Jones, and the late Andrea Cunningham (James). She was the beloved sister of John Roach (Muriel), the late Claudine Jones (Woody), the late Iona Roach, the late Lois Young (Clifford) and the late Eldon Roach (Muriel). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren:  Troy Seymour, Jamila Livingston and Arthur Jones, numerous great and great-great grandchildren, godchildren, nieces and nephews. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Desert View Funeral Home & Memorial Park Victorville, California on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00AM. The service will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person:
