A Homegoing service for Mrs. Glenda Marie Gilbert, wife of the late Glynn Gilbert, daughter of the late John and Lillian Francis, loving mother to Rajai (Cynthia) and Rio Gilbert, sister to Lewis Vinson Francis, the late Arnold (Ann), Oscar (Hy, deceased), and Randolph Francis (Thelma, deceased), Irene Cameron, Charles Francis and Louise Godwin (Clarence, deceased), in her 84th year of 10 Brightside Crescent, Smith’s, will be held at St. Paul A.M.E. Church on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home, Today, December 5, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery. Lovingly survived by grandmother to: Marcus Gilbert; step grandmother to: Warwick Pal.
