A celebration of life service for Mr. Elroy Desmond Eve of 29 Chaingate Hill, Devonshire, in his 93rd year. Mr. Eve is survived by his loving wife M. Ianthia Eve, daughter Annette Eve-Outerbridge (Craig), son Deon Eve (Robyn) and grandchildren Netanya and Josiah Eve, son of the late Alvin M. Eve and Helena N. Eve, brother to the late Calvin Eve (Verna) and Leroy Eve (Edith), Marion Welch (Kenneth) and Lucille Harris (Charles), will be held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Today, May 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. THERE WILL BE NO VIEWING. Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery. Lovingly survived by sisters-in-law: Blondell Washington , Diann Matthews, Vaughan Hayward, Verna Eve; nieces: Denise Matthews, ChaVon Clarke-Joell, Deborah Prou, Judith Anne Baumann (Hugo), Andrea Harris-Brown, and Roberta Talbot (George), Shirley Eve-Burgess (John), Anita Fleming (Randolph); nephews: Jamal Matthews (Ronelle), Jason Clarke, Barry Eve, Stanley Welch (Sean), Kenneth Welch (Tina), Robert Harris (Michelle); special friends: Grace Swan, George Morton Sr., Dr. Freda Kay Byron-Twyman, Derek Caines, Rev. Elroy Eve was predeceased by brothers-in-law: Abner Washington, Eldon Pole, Kenneth Welch, Charles Harris; sister-in-law: Roberta Hayward and Edith Eve; nieces: H. Laverne Eve and Renee Eve.
