Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Edith Adora Lightbourne nee Holdipp in her 96th year of 10 Fourth Avenue East, Cavendish Heights, Devonshire. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at St. John’s Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. THERE WILL BE NO VIEWING.
Edith is the daughter of the late John and Muriel Holdipp (Glasgow), wife of the late Wilbur Lightbourne, mother of Terrylynn and Timothy Lightbourne (Kendra), grandmother of Amias and Rylee Lightbourne. She is survived by sister: Ms Carmen Holdipp and preceded in death by siblings: Dorothy Ball (Peter), Iris Mills (Gaston), Hazel Holdipp, John Holdipp II (Marjorie), George Holdipp (Ruth), Ruth Elizabeth Holdipp, Rupert Holdipp (Marie), Phyllis Jones (Roger), Wilma Holdipp, Helen Holdipp, Carolyn Holdipp, William Holdipp (Alethea) and Alsworth Holdipp. Her special loved ones; Andrea Mills, Brian Holdipp, Robert HoIdipp, Rupert Holdipp II, Laverne Goins, Steven Holdipp, William Simmons, Hyacinth McDowall, Eugene Mills, Kensley McDowall, Curtis Holdipp, Arnold Holdipp, Roydon Holdipp, Valerie Bassett, Rachel Ball, Reaia Ball, Virginia Gibbons, Allison Bassett, Layla Cooper, Aaron Trimm, Ashauntae Trimm, Naeem Holdipp, Nekeisha Holdipp as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and beloved family members and friends.
