Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Katherine Ann Ming (nee Hayward), beloved wife to Roirdon Floyd Ming, daughter of the late H. Mark and Traves L. Hayward, loving mother to Selina DeRoza (Jason), Selica Blackwood (Trevor), Sabrina Lambert (Paul), sister to Walter, Colin and Vernon Hayward, Edith Thomas, Olive Butterfield, Lois Simons, Jennifer Dill (Reginald), the late Winslow, Vincent, Charles, Henry, David Hayward, Marilyn Virgil and Linda Bennett. “Mimi” to her grandchildren: Rickai Richardson, KenShae Richardson, Briya Richardson, Jada Blackwood, and Jasai DeRoza, in her 70th year of 92 Upper North Apt. Spice Hill Road, Warwick. She leaves behind her Calvary Gospel Chapel church family, former colleagues and friends from the Bermuda Department of Tourism along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives too numerous to mention. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held Today, May 19th, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Gospel Chapel, Southampton. Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Calvary Gospel Chapel, Southampton, Today, May 19, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. Black and Spring colours may be worn, especially yellow. No sneakers please.
