A Homegoing service for Josiane Severin Camille Young (nee Nicholas) in her 90th year, will be lovingly and warmly remembered by her entire family, including her beloved Husband of 68 years, Lionel William Eugene Young, Daughter, Marisa Sharpe (special friend Edwin), and Sons Derek Young (special friend Chantal) and Allan “Younguls!” Young (fiancée, Jodi Virgil). Sisters: Denise “Dee Dee” Guzman (deceased), Lucille Dixon (deceased), Sylvian Nicholas of Dominica (deceased), Rose Williams of Trinidad (deceased) and Winifred Joell, brothers: Ronald Bean and the late Keith Bean, will be held at St. Theresa’s Church on Friday, August 15, 20225 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment to follow at The Holy Calvary Cemetery, Roberts Avenue, Devonshire. Lovingly survived by grandsons: Shakahi Talbot, Michael Tiaaz Sharpe, Jahstin Young and Dylan Young; Great-grandchildren: Adonis and Aulani Young; special nieces and nephews: Yolanda Jackson, Caesar “Tuey” Guzman, Sonia Cole-Berry (Michelle), Larry (Julie), Vincent (Lucinda), and Roderick (Donna) Dixon, Lorna Dixon-Marable, and Francillia Presley (Franklin); special cousins: Jocelyne Sephord and the entire Guadeloupe and France family; special aunt: “Tante” Sarah Sephord; special extended family: The entire Dixon Family, The Joell Family, The Bean Family; Cherished friends: Carol Boykin-Savage, Janet Douglas, Leroy Douglas, Irene Baez, Neville Isaacs, Elonda Stevens and the late Noel Stevens; Godchildren: Sharon Joell, Dennis Hypolite, Michael Johnstone, Sharon Smith, Jeannaire Christopher-Peters, Danielle Riviere and Elsworth Ratteray; Special Friends and Families: Donal and Zita Smith and Adrianna Dyer, the Dunkley Family, Denise Wilson-Adams, Dawn Davis, Tori Talbot, the late Michael Sharpe, Mona Young, along with many other relatives and friends, too numerous to mention.
