Important Notice About Your Transactions
If you need a refund or reversal of a transaction, contact Augustus Funeral Home Accounts for the card
used. If you have a dispute with a payment made for a bill or donation, settle it directly with Augustus
Funeral Home Accounts or your issuer.
These Terms do not amend or modify any agreement with your bank issuer regarding an Eligible Card (“Cardholder Agreement”). In case of inconsistency, these Terms govern the relationship between you and your bank solely with respect to the Eligible Cardholder Agreement.
The cardholder must be the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction and able to access the internet on a
computer or other device.
Can be Residents of Bermuda or may also reside in, but limited to Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, the Channel Islands, Chile, China (mainland and Hong Kong), Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, the Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, India, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Italy,
Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States (including its territories), or Vatican City.
